Este documental es una historia de la isla Clipperton en el océano Pacífico, una isla francesa donde nunca habitaron franceses, originalmente posesión de España, y después de México. Es un lugar donde el guardafaro mexicano se proclamó rey y cuya posesión se disputaron Francia y México durante veintidós años. En este documental se expone el origen de la disputa y las razones que llevaron a México a perder la posesión de esa isla olvidada.
Description
History of the tropical atoll, Clipperton Island, off the coast of Mexico in the Pacific Ocean. Now part of French territory it was originally claimed by Spain and was once inhabited by Mexicans. This documentary explores the reasons why Mexico lost possession of this forgotten island.
